2.To Buy Airtime : Text “Network Amount (NUBAN Account Number)" to 08076665555 
                             e.g. MTN 400 0123456789

3. For NUBAN Account confirmation: Text “NUBAN (Old Account Number)” to 08076665555
                                                            e.g. NUBAN 3021232331640
4. For GeNS subscription: Text “Gens (NUBAN A/C No.)” to 08076665555
                                         e.g. Gens 0123456789
5. For Complaints: Text “Complaints (Complaints details)” to 08076665555
 
NOTE: Make sure you use the phone number that is registered with the bank else your message will be returned as an error message.
